病人 & 家庭谘询委员会 (PFAC) consists of four members of the community and three BBGH employees. The purpose of the PFAC is to gather feedback and suggestions to improve the patient experience at BBGH. 

PFAC成员每季度举行一次会议，分享在该设施的经验, 提供建设性的反馈, 参与小组讨论, 并从患者和家属的角度提供见解.
